Relief without lifting a finger
Fascia Ring
Whisper quiet motor
Hands free relief for back, hips and legs
Adjustable intensity
15-minute auto shut-off
I bought this because I'm in a wheelchair and wanted something I could "wear", especially for my legs to help with swelling. *Size: It is kind of big for smaller areas, if you are petite, but it's not overly big. It fit on my calf fine. I can wear it on my stomach with no discomfort. For arms, you could strap it on but it might feel bulky. *Power: It's surprisingly powerful for how cheap and small it is. It gives a nice vibration even at the lowest level. Battery seems to hold up well, just be sure you don't accidentally hit the power button which may make you thing it died quickly lol. *Con: The only downfall I see is the strap is extremely big, which makes sense for the torso area but for smaller areas like legs and arms, you have to wrap it 3-5x and this becomes bulky. I would suggest a second smaller strap be included. (this is why I deducted 1 star).

LOVEE ITT!!!!!
this is a fantastic product. I have fibromyagia and nueropathy. This machine does wonders for my sore muscles and tension headaches. it has various degrees of vibration and intensity levels. stays a good 15 - 20 minute charge on full. It also recharges very quickly. i would recommend 100%.
Needs a better battery life
I’m torn between giving a 3, or 4 star review. I absolutely LOVE this thing. I was worried about the strap not fitting me, but it fits great. It actually feels so good when it’s on my stomach. I also use it on my husband’s back for sore muscle's. My problem with it though is the battery life. That battery doesn’t last more than 1/2 an hour and that’s incredibly annoying. If I had to get another one, which I just might have to.
Amazing even vibration for sore muscles
The massage feels so even across my muscles! Vibration is way stronger than my old fascia ring, and I can tweak the intensity whenever I need. Total lifesaver after gym days.
Compact but powerful massager
The massager is not large, it is easy to hold by one hand and apply it to muscles on arms, legs, and torso. I use it when I am watching TV or during other activities, great way to relax muscles while taking a break. The heat function is also a good way to improve blood circulation.
It comes with a belt, I have not tried it yet. The manual translation can be improved, but I can easily figure out how to use it even without the manual, so that's not a problem for me.
Perfect device to ease tight muscles
Really like how smoothly it massages without any uneven pressure. The upgraded vibration works wonders on tight knots, perfect for relaxing sore muscles and smoothing out bloated areas. It has multiple frequency modes for gentle or deep massage. My mom stole mine, so I'm placing a new order immediately!
Works great! Definitely worth the price.
This is a must have for most homes. It arrives in time, well packaged and in good repair. It stays cool while using only slightly warm after mult simultaneous uses.
Helps us with lower back decompression while GREATLY increasing digestive motility.
Definitely worth the price. A spa version of this costs 70 a 30 min session!
Strap is too small for me
The strap is not made for bigger people and they will not do a replacement on just the strap. Wasted money.
What to Expect
Day one feels good. Week three is the point.
Minute one
Strap it over your lower back or hips — Over clothing is fine. One button. Pick an intensity. Go back to whatever you were doing.
The first session
Warmth, then loosening. Standing up afterwards feels noticeably easier. This part is real, and it's temporary — don't judge it on this.
Week one
The 4PM ache still arrives, but it's quieter and it lets go faster in the evening. Sleep is usually the first thing people mention.
Week two to three
The change you were after: you get up without the two-part manoeuvre and without thinking about it. Most people notice its absence before they notice the improvement.
Month two
Its just what you do at 8PM. That's the whole goal — the foam roller never got here.

Fascia Ring Questions
The category has earned that question. Devices shaped roughly like this one have been sold with claims about melting fat and reshaping waistlines, and none of that is real.
What's real is narrow and boring: vibration applied to connective tissue increases local circulation, temporarily reduces perceived stiffness, and — used consistently — helps tissue that's stopped gliding start gliding again. That's the entire claim. We'd rather make a small true one than a big false one.
Both, and they're different things. The feel-good part is immediate and temporary, that's the pain-signal effect, and it fades within a few hours.
The part you're paying for is cumulative and takes two to three weeks of most days. If you use it twice and stop, you'll have bought a nice fifteen minutes. If you use it daily for a month, you'll notice the 4PM ache stops turning up. That's why we give you thirty days rather than seven.
You've read correctly — a lot of devices in this category use adhesive pads that fail after a few uses, and the reviews are brutal about it. This uses a wide adjustable strap that closes around your torso, hips or thigh, not a stick-on pad. It holds through walking around the kitchen. If yours doesn't hold on your body, that's a return, no argument.
Use it over a layer of clothing — a t-shirt or leggings is enough — and most people have no issue at all. On bare skin, at high intensity, for longer than the 15-minute cycle, some people report redness. The auto shut-off exists partly for that reason. If you have sensitive skin, start on the lowest intensity over clothing. If you get redness that doesn't settle within an hour, stop and return it.
Yes, daily use is what it's designed for, and consistency is where the benefit comes from. There's nothing hormonal about it; it's mechanical input to tissue. The usual sensible exceptions apply: don't use it directly over the abdomen if you're pregnant, over an area with implanted devices, over broken skin, recent surgery, blood clots, or an injury your doctor is treating. If you're unsure, ask them — it's a two-minute question.
